The Hypercom L5300 has an 18-bit (256K) color, full VGA (640 x 480 resolution), large LCD display, integrated capacitive glass touch screen, audio and video capabilities, and electronic signature capture. This allows the L5300 to easily support interactive marketing programs and in-line advertising campaigns. All of this packaged in a small footprint and light-weight design. The L5300 includes an integrated keypad with a non-removable rubberized privacy shield. Raised characters on keys were designed to address the needs of the visually impaired. An audio jack also allows for audible prompting using head phones to help meet Section 508 requirements.

The Hypercom Optimum L4150 is Hypercom's PCI PED online and offline approved, high-performance, multi-lane payment and advertising terminal. Utilizing a 200 MHz, 32-bit Intel XScale processor, the Optimum L4150 is designed to meet the performance needs of even the most demanding retail environments. The integrated terminal design provides users with multiple card reading options including Hypercom's innovative, dual-sided, bi-directional magnetic stripe reader. This feature means customers will no longer have to worry about swiping the card in the correct direction or orientation. In fact, this capability increases the accuracy of the card data reads, well beyond normal swipe speeds which can ultimately reduce lane slowdowns and cashier interactions.

It also features a recessed 13-key keypad with an integrated privacy shield to safeguard consumer data during PIN entry, EMV-approved smart card reader and an optional integrated contactless RF reader that supports cards and key fobs from American Express, MasterCard PayPass and Visa Contactless payment programs.
