Delivering the power of the corporate PBX to branch offices over traditional and next generation networks the EXTender 6000 for Branch Offices is a multi-user customer premise equipment capable of extending voice services and applications to branch offices or call centers over circuit- and packet-based networks. Available in 8-port and 12-port configurations the EXTender 6000 is easy to install and maintain with centralized and remote management tools for flexible administration.

The EXTender PBXgateway II is the newest and most robust Distributed Voice Gateway capable of terminating all of EXTender clients today and is the platform for future software enhancements to support advanced business applications like Unified Voice Messaging and IP recording.

The EXTender PBXgateway was the second Distributed Voice Gateway introduced by Citel Communications. This gateway is a high performance unit capable of terminating up to eight or twelve remote users utilizing any combination of IP-capable Citel EXTender clients.

A single-user client device delivering corporate PBX functionality to teleworkers and remote call center agents over a LAN public or private packet networks the EXTender 4000 for IP is a single-user customer premise equipment that provides PBX -based voice services to remote workers over cable or DSL connections. Remote workers can use a digital telephone for full access to the organization's PBX-KTS. The EXTender 4000 includes an internal hub that allows it to plug directly in a 10Base-T Ethernet port on a LAN or into a 10Base-T Ethernet port on a network access device for use in remote access applications.

The Expandable Digital-to-Analog (EDAC) recording interface translates proprietary PBX switch data to an analog format used by call monitoring hardware. Expandable one port at a time the EDAC lineup supplies quality digital conversion for an unprecedented number of PBX types.

The EXTender 3000 for ISDN is a single-user customer premises equipment (CPE) that provides remote users full access to PBX-KTS features and functionality over ISDN lines. This CPE is available in two different models: E (Ethernet) and T (terminal adapter). Both models can be set up by the user using the digital telephone set display.

EXTender 7000 for Branch Offices is an integrated networking product that delivers local calling capabilities access to local trunk lines and full functionality of a central site telephone system to remote offices over circuit- and packet-based networks. EXTender PBXgateway II located on the digital-line side of a central PBX-KTS terminates the Citel EXTender 7000 and enables seamless voice and data communications between the remote and central locations using Citel EXTender technology. The complete EXTender PBXgateway II and EXTender 7000 solution includes a built-in Channel Service Unit (CSU)-Data Service Unit (DSU) that enables direct interface with T1 and PRI lines resulting in significant cost savings and enhanced functionality for remote branch offices.

The EXTender 1000+ for Analog is a single-user customer premise equipment that provides off-site employees with the full features of their PBX-KTS over Analog lines (POTS). Remote users using the EXTender 1000+ connect their computers and telephone to the central site LAN over a single Analog line.
