The Bosch FlexiDomeXT line of vandal resistant, fixed dome cameras with varifocal lens options provide the ultimate solution for virtually any indoor and outdoor security application. Providing a full-featured integrated camera in a cast aluminum housing, polycarbonate dome, and hardened inner liner the FlexiDomeXT can withstand the equivalent of 120lbs of force. FlexiDomeXT cameras are also sealed for outdoor use with protection against water and dust to IP66, (NEMA-4) standards.

The integrated camera is complete with timer and relay outputs for alarm and VCR control. The CAM940C features include full-function PIR & Motion Analyzer II PIR signal processing, a 40 ft x 40 ft PIR coverage area with sensitivity adjustment. The D263 Series Detector models use an infrared (IR) LED light source and a silicon photodiode to measure light in a chamber. A fine screen covers the chamber to deter insects and to reduce dust accumulation and nuisance alarms. During a fire, smoke particles reflect light onto the photodiode. When the photodiode measurements exceed the alarm threshold, the detector signals an alarm condition. After the alarm condition clears, interrupt power at the control panel to reset the detector.

With a network-based control of all functionality this camera has pan/tilt/zoom operation, presets, tours, alarms, and web-based configuration of all camera settings.
